A Wedding on the Beach
The Grand Strand’s beautiful oceanfront stands out among many east coast destination weddings and attracts couples seeking a romantic spring or summer wedding on the beach. While most wedding chapels are not permitted to conduct weddings on the beaches within Myrtle Beach city limits, we have made special arrangements to conduct simple seaside weddings at the beach.

Wedding Chapels
Our two unique and authentic wedding chapels both feature antique hardwood pews, stunning stained glass windows, beautiful floral arrangements and the warm glow of candlelight. The Ivory Chapel seats up to fifty-five friends and family members and the Blue Chapel seats up to eighteen. Both are perfect for an intimate wedding at the beach during any given season.

Garden Wedding
Our grounds, which offer all the romance of southern garden wedding venues, include a charming gazebo alongside a picturesque waterfall, moss-draped oaks, and blooming wisteria and azaleas. When warm Myrtle Beach temperatures arrive and the flowers are blossoming, our garden is the perfect place to have your outdoor wedding.
Your Ceremony
Wedding Chapel by the Sea ceremonies are as individual as you are. When planning your South Carolina wedding, the Wedding Chapel staff will consult with you about the style of ceremony that best reflects who you are as a couple (traditional, civil, religious, formal or informal Myrtle Beach wedding ceremony). And if you prefer the tradition of the groom not seeing the bride in her wedding attire before the ceremony, separate dressing areas are available for our Chapel and Garden weddings.
