Pamela McKoy, originally of Riegelwood, NC, and Anthony Scales, originally of Axton, VA, were united in marriage on Saturday, January 26, 2019 in the Ivory Chapel at Wedding Chapel by the Sea. The Reverend Pam Muise officiated.
Pamela is the daughter of Charles Coleman McKoy & Elizabeth Ann Barbour and the granddaughter of Climmie Rodell Young, James Greene Sr. and Richard McKoy Jr. & Lena Veola McKoy. Anthony is the son of Timmy Tommy Scales & Angela Scales and the grandson of John Henry Scales. Mamie Scales and Anderson Foye & Nanie Foye.
Pamela’a maid of honor was Tiwanna Young of Brooklyn, NY and her bridesmaid was Ajayla McKenzie of Danville, VA. Pamela was escorted down the aisle by her son, Preston McKoy of Camden, NJ. Anthony’s best man was Elton Davis of Riegelwood, NC. The ring bearer was Darius Jones Jr. of Raleigh, NC.
The happy couple will celebrate their wedding with a reception in Eden, NC. After a Honeymoon in Myrtle Beach, SC, Anthony & Pamela will make their home in Erwin, NC.
