Malissa McDonald Blackwell, originally of Manning, SC, [daughter of Frank Mack, Jr. & Mary Alice McDonald Pringle and the granddaughter of Alice Walker McDonald & David McDonald Sr. and Lottie Hunter Mack & Frank Mack Sr.] and Danny Lee Butcher, originally of Gaston, NC [son of Linwood Butcher & Cora Lee Plum Butcher and the grandson of Joe Plum & Lucy Gregory Plum and Tom Butcher & Susie Moody Butcher] were united in marriage on Saturday, June 2, 2018 in the Ivory Chapel at Wedding Chapel by the Sea in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Rev. Pam Muise officiated. The Bride’s attendants were Kendra Michelle McDonald of Lexington, NC, Felicia Blackwell Savoy and Tiffani SaBrea Blackwell of Manning, SC, Cecilia Washington Urwin of Rochester, NY. The Bride was escorted by her dear Uncle Robert Hunter of Atlanta, Georgia. The Groom’s attendants were Linwood Butcher of Chase City, Virgina, Andrae Shevar McDonald and Shane Andrez Taivon McDonald of Lexington, NC. After a honeymoon in Myrtle Beach, SC, Danny & Malissa will reside in Lexington, NC.
