Tracy Page, originally of Morganton, NE [daughter of Mr. Eugene L. Benfield & Sue E. Whisenant and the granddaughter of Roy J. Whisenant, Viola E. Whisenant & Hal E. Benfield] and Mr. Frank Anthony Mins III originally of Augusta, GA [son of Frank & Joan D. Mims and the grandson of Joe Crawford & Mervie Lee Brown] were united in marriage on Saturday, April 20, 2019 in the Ivory Chapel at Wedding Chapel by the Sea. The Reverend Pam Muise officiated.
After a honeymoon in Myrtle Beach, SC, Frank & Tracy will reside in Rock Hill, SC.
