Brandy Jade Ashley of Timberlake, North Carolina and Gary Carter Kearns of De Soto, Kansas were united in marriage on June 2, 2012 at Wedding Chapel by the Sea in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Dr. Terrance Grainger officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Randal Ellis Ashley and Cindy Wilson Ashley. She is the granddaughter of Gaither Alexander Ashley and Ruth Ellis Ashley and Edith Tilly Jordan and Larry Wilson.
The groom is the son of David Tommy Kearns and Lorraine Jay Kearns. He is the grandson of John and Mildred Stubbs and Tom and Lynn Kearns.
The bride attended Central Carolina Community College with a concentration in Veterinary Medical Technology. She is employed as a veterinary assistant. The groom attended Kansas University and serves as a sergeant in the United States Army.
After a honeymoon in Myrtle Beach, the couple will reside in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
