Erica Fontra Bowden and Timothy Nathaniel Owens, both of Charlotte, North Carolina were united in marriage on June 15, 2013 at Wedding Chapel by the Sea in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Dr. Terrence Grainger officiated. A reception followed.
The bride is the daughter of Larry Dean Bowden and the late Pamela Ann Jett-Thomas. The bride’s attendants included Fredricka Barnes, Shamone Barnes, Ashanti Combs and Jasmine Owens all of Charlotte, North Carolina.
The groom is the son of Inez Owens and the late Clyde Owens. The groom’s attendants included Timothy Owens, Jr., Aaron Owens, and Maurice Rose all of Charlotte, North Carolina and Jerome McLeod of Dillon, South Carolina.
The bride is currently attending Central Piedmont Community College and is employed at Pleasant Grove CDC. The groom is a graduate of Myers Park High School and is employed at Western Express, Inc.
After a honeymoon in Myrtle Beach the couple will reside in Charlotte, North Carolina.
