The bride is the daughter of the late Kenneth Bryant Whitehurst and Elanor Price Whitehurst. She is the granddaughter of the late Raymond Brooks Price, Dora Estell price, Harvey Whitehurst, and Thelma Whitehurst. Bridesmaids included Elaine Dixon of Bethel, North Carolina, Erika Spain Sutton and Kyrsten Pearce both of Greenville, North Carolina.
The groom is the son of Al Benjamin Purvis and Ann Caulk Purvis. He is the grandson of Charles Ancel Caulk, Mildred Lane Caulk, John Benjamin Purvis and Audrey Vernell Purvis. The groom’s attendants included Al Benjamin Purvis of Bethel, North Carolina, Joshua Alan Purvis and Gunnor Alan Purvis both of Greenville, North Carolina.
The bride attended Lenoir Community College and is a Cosmetologist. The groom attended Pitt Community College and is in welding.
