Allison Brooke Pettus and Bruce Allen Turner both of Bluefield, Virginia were united in marriage on July 11, 2012 at Wedding Chapel by the Sea in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Dr. Terrence Grainger officiated.
The bride is the daughter of James Ronald and Deborah Lynn Pettus. She is the granddaughter of Nadine Virginia Pettus Perdue and Elmer Pettus. Bridesmaids included Ashley Nicole Shaw, Emily Paige Turner, and Brooke Nykolle Lassiter of Pipestem, West Virginia.
The groom is the son of Linda Darlene and Terry Lee Pruitt. He is the grandson of Josephine and Thomas Clakey. The groom’s attendants included Chase Andrew Turner of Princeton, West Virginia; Cody Ryan Pettus of Bluefield, West Virginia; and Terry Lee Pruitt of Dublin, Virginia.
The bride has a BS in Early/Middle Childhood from Bluefield State College. She is employed by Mercer County School Board. The groom is employed by Norfolk Southern Railroad
After a honeymoon in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the couple will reside in Bluefield, West Virginia.
