Tykevis Dephuntae Mims and Shayla Lovett Anderson , both from Laurens, SC, were united in marriage on Saturday, June 18, 2022. Their ceremony was held in front of family and friends in the Ivory Chapel at Wedding Chapel by the Sea. Reverend Pam Muise officiated.
Shayla is the daughter of Patricia Joyce Ligon and Anthony Anderson and the granddaughter of James Bo & Dorothy Jean Ligon and Lernord & Bernice Pitts.
Tykevis is the son of Leanne Jennings and Tony Mims and the grandson of Susie Jennings and Bestie.
Shayla went to Laurens District 55 High School and Capstone Career Development Center She is a Phlebotomy Technician at Greenville Memorial.
Tykevis went to Laurens District 55 High School and Clinton High School and works at ZF Transmissions.
After a Cruise to the Bahamas, the Happy Couple will make their home in Laurens, SC.
